You know at first I thought this entire idea was a foolish misstep by a corporation but the more I think about it the more I realize that it might be an inherently clever tack. The price difference is negligible. And most people will probably not even consider it when buying tickets and be more concerned with location. That means that when theaters are empty the people who are there will have paid more. And when full the crappy seat will be subsided. The one point I think this could cause problems is when people don’t sit in the seats they purchased.
