You keep saying “stigmatized population” but none of examples you cite actually are examples of stigmatization. Discriminated people yes, sure possibly, but stigmatization is not the correct word and is on a whole other level.
If you want to talk about stigmatized populations you should be looking at those that had AIDS in the ‘80, Muslims after 9/11, transgender men and women, bigamists, pedophiles and other sex-offenders, prostitutes, drug users, anyone convicted of a violent crime, etc. these are stigmatized populations. Just being a woman or being a minority does not rise to the level of stigmatization.
