You are reading way too much into ads. Ads have one purpose and one purpose only, to sell you something, something physical or just an idea. They exist as a product of the society they live in precisely because they are trying to sell to that society. They will use images that resonate with and grab the attention of their audience. Companies don’t spend money on ads without expecting a result. I mean after all they worked they got your attention. Besides nothing you have pointed out is at all unique to Ukraine, ads like this exist everywhere even in more progressive countries.
