Yes exactly Russia is a failed state. It will remain a failed state until the people there stop “electing” and supporting corrupt authoritarians and criminals. It’s up to the Russians to fix their government. We know it’s possible. Maybe they could follow the example of neighbors like the Baltic states or Ukraine for example.
