Written like someone who has never actually outsourced overseas or worked with overseas outsourcing teams. I have done both on multiple occasions and while it can work it is not as easy or productive as you make it it to be. Often it is easier to hire experienced people within the same range of time zones that speak your language as their first language. Besides that there are many many many white collar jobs that can’t be moved over seas for legal reason.
