To be fair in the US none of that would be considered part of a healthcare plan anyway. Not sure of prices in Canada but here you would be better off just paying cash for those services (unless your teeth are really bad) eye care and basic dental aren’t that expensive. I doubt most small families would incure 6k a year (every year) in vision and dental expenses.
