This smacks of entitlement.

Oh customers want what they want and we don’t serve that? Bad customer! 😡 Don’t customers know that they are OUR customers, we own those customers! They must come to our business. Don’t they know that the customer is always wrong and it’s the customers job to adapt to what the business needs. How dare they pay money to another business that is giving them exactly what they want! How am I a simple pitiful business owner that is unwilling to change supposed to stay open if the don’t give me the money for the stuff I have that they don’t want. 😭😭😭😭
