This is and always has been an idiotic argument. The courts role has never been to uphold what schools, corporations, or even “the majority” want. People need to stop trying to use this as an argument to criticize SCOTUS rulings because it just shows a complete lack of education and understanding of history. Because if this were even remotely the role of SCOTUS we wouldn’t even be having this discussion about overturning affirmative action because it would have never been upheld in the first place.

Use better arguments not this one it is just stupid.
