The problem is that the way he speaks makes him sound authoritative when in fact
there are many things he espouses that are factually incorrect either scientifically or historically and his conclusions are highly dubious at best. In the end he is just a narrow-minded person that feels threatened by people that are not like him and ideas that conflict with his ingrained world view.
