The fact that a person's gender matters when confronted with evidence that runs counter to your own beliefs, or that you believe that this is some kind of witty retort says much about you.

The fact of the matter is I don't care if you're a woman or not, and frankly didn't even really notice until you made this comment. Being incorrect is being incorrect, and words have meanings and those meanings matter. I will hold you to the same level of accountability for the words you write as I would anyone. You don't get a free pass because you're a woman.
