Tess has it right but also misses the point. Don’t ever confuse “want to fuck” with “want to date”. These are not the same thing. Not by a mile. Men factor in far more things when dating.

Being in a relationship or dating someone that is obese comes with a whole host of baggage and frankly is not worth it. I speak from experience.

From something as simple as space sleeping in the same bed or the above average amount of food consumed to health problems like sleep apnea and high blood pressure and diabetes to restrictions on physical activities like hiking or sports, or weight limits for electric scooters or riding roller coasters to needing seatbelt expanders when flying on planes. Even things as simple as finding seats at a theater. Not to mention the health costs or worse the shortened life expectancy if you actually fall in love with this person.

All of these things are a problem if you date someone obese. None of these things are a problem if you date someone that is a healthy weight.
