Technically lingua Franca is a blend of French, Greek, Arabic, and Spanish…. There isn’t really any English in it all.

But aside from that I think about 6 billion people (about 80% of the population of the earth) would heartily disagree with your assertion. Except they will never read it because they don’t speak English.
