Statistics based on subjective measurements are by definition still subjective. They do not magically become objective. That’s not how statistics works.
What you are talking about is a statistical measurement of a subjective observation. Objective measurements must be made by an independent observer against an objective standard. Since concepts like beauty are by definition subjective experiences they cannot be observed objectively. Even a statistical observation of such must rely on subjective observation and therefore cannot be considered objective.
An objective observation might be that a person is bald, overweight, and has acne. This is an external observation made from an objective point of view. You can collect objective statistics on this because it is an inherently objective and not subjective view.
What you cannot do is start with a subjective observation “is this person mean” and collect observations to arrive at an objective view because none of the observations you started with were objective to begin with, they were all internal subjective views. Aggregating them does not change that.
Subjective concepts like beauty cannot be measured objectively only statistically but that does not make the objective. Without an objective standard by which to measure you cannot have an objective observation.
The only subjective views that anyone is objectively aware of are their own.
