Oh how naive. All they will have to do is slap a disclaimer on like “for personal recording purposes only” or “do not record someone without consent”. Besides I very much doubt this ruling will not be over turned. If you can’t sue a firearms manufacturer for someone getting killed with one of their guns this obviously will not be upheld.
