I am so disappointed that science and mathematics education has become so bad for the general population that people do not understand such basic fundamental concepts as this and then try to make arguments that they don't apply.
This has nothing to do with your beliefs or whether something is right or wrong. It doesn't matter which side you are on. All these studies show is correlative evidence no causal relationship has been demonstrated. You cannot conclude causal relationships from correlative evidence. It's just basic science.
