Max you are bang on correct. I worked in Army logistics for 8 years and this is what many people fail to understand. We are only about 16 weeks into this. The bulk of assets coming from the US are in route or haven’t even left yet. The strategy here is fairly easy to identify. The Ukrainians are delaying trying to minimize losses by conceding ground slowly while making the Russians pay a high price for every inch. They are buying time while equipment and resources are gathered and delivered from the west. The flow of weapons into Ukraine by the west will slowly increase over the next few months simply because that’s how long it takes. Russia will have its own logistics problems but those too will take a while to play out.
