Just expecting someone to offer you a job

based on your Github profile was never going to work. What does work, is opting out of technical interviews and instead sharing specific repositories with hiring managers or recruiters as evidence that you do infact know your craft.

I've successfully done this a half dozen times and I don't even have that many projects.
