It’s unlikely that the areas will be granted autonomy in the near future.They will be reclaimed and rebuilt as part of Ukraine. Separatists that survive will either flee to Russia or be prosecuted for treason. Most of the leaders of these puppet governments already have outstanding indictments for this very thing. It’s doubtful that much of the separatists movements will survive in place at the war.
