In theory that sounds like a great idea (one I have also had) however the practicality of it is the problem. Most people work for money so they can pay bills so unless someone has lots of extra cash laying around or can figure out how to get people to work for free even when they need the money I’m just not sure how feasible it really is. It would however be cool if possible.
