I will give you the same advice I give anyone I know that has regrets.

Always remember that every decision you have ever made in your life you made with the best information you had at the time. You shouldn’t punish your present self because your past self couldn’t predict the future, no one can.

You as you are now, are the sum total of all the decisions you have ever made. If you can look at your life and be proud of what you are, you have nothing to regret.
