I sympathize and love hand crafted items but the primary issue here isn’t really with tariffs it’s with the Industrial Revolution. (And you know this) because you aren’t making a blanket as a utility item you are making it as a piece of art. That’s a different market and frankly you can charge whatever you like. My advice is you should probably dramatically increase your prices and even the quality of materials used and compete in the luxury/semi-lux and art markets. You shouldn’t even be thinking about $20 blankets from Walmart.
