I rarely use olive oil anymore it’s always been over priced for what it is and frankly. with its taste, it’s just not that versatile. I only use it when I want that particular taste, and that is primarily only in Mediterranean food. There are far better cooking oils with better flavor available from avocado or coconut oil to good old butter.
