I never said it wasn’t possible just that LLMs will not lead to it. Just like modern aircraft don’t used warped wings. GAI will not be based on LLMs

This is a great analogy that ironically perfectly illustrates my point. The Wrigth brothers demonstrated a concept in its most rudimentary form but what they built bears little resemblance to later aircraft. The largest plane ever built by the Wrigth brothers only carried a single passenger and the pilot. The design of original flyer carries little resemblance to later aircraft from layout to control surfaces the basic concept that the Wrigths demonstrated needed a complete rethink. Beyond the basic concept most of the advancements came from other people and the Wrigths were embroiled with patent disputes for years. It took significant lateral thinking and abandoning ideas such as canards and wing warping to advance the technology to a functional practical point.
