I call BS on this part. The rest of this article is fine but you’ve provided no compelling evidence to support this totalistic argument. Anytime someone says “all” or “none” it’s a giant red flag of an unsupportable claim. Unless you’ve some how evaluated every technology ever there is literally no way you can claim this. On top of that “good”, “bad”, and “neutral” are entirely subjective and vague terms. There is not a universal standard about what is good or bad or neutral. It’s as just a valid argument as, and has exactly as much supporting evidence for, someone to claim that all technology is neutral. In fact there is a far more compelling argument to be made for this exact opposite position. Since these terms are all subjective any technology can be viewed any of these ways based on circumstances, culture, religion and and any number of other personal values. Based on that these ideas of good and bad technologies are just projections of individual beliefs. There is nothing here but opinion, there is no science, no logic, and certainly nothing close to an “immutable law.”
