I agree with you statements that capitalism is “natural” and sharing economy would not work, but your definition of socialism is wrong. Socialism is a broad term and it does not in its own imply that the government controls everything. What you describe is closer to communism and despite the failure of the US education system in teaching the difference, they are not the same thing.
