Hahaha. No one talks about it 😂😂😂😂. EVERYONE talks about this. I first learned of this “strategy” back in 1998 at a seminar hosted by Bloomberg back when i worked in a finance office with a Bloomberg terminal and would get invited to all their events to see the new terminal features demonstrated. This is not new and it’s not secret and it has debatable value as a strategy.
