First off human milk isn't "designed" for humans. It evolved along with humans to be consumed by babies.

Second its a stretch to argue that cow's milk isn't "ideal for human consumption" because what does "ideal" in this case even mean?

You know we are ominvores. We evolved to eat anything and everything that taste good and doesn't kill us. (And even somethings that taste awful and might kill us.)

In that context, an argument against cow's milk as part of the normal diet is a bit riduclous considering that not only have we been drinking cow's milk for thousands of years but also eating the cow it comes from and calf it was meant to feed.
