First I will say that I love strongly typed languages Go is by far my favorite language to work in. And yet I cannot see the purpose of Typescript. Just like Coffee script before it any high level language that need to transpile into another high level language is by definition an unnecessary abstraction. I would rather see my dev team spend more time on unit tests than writing the bloat that is typescript.
