Before that it was coming in 2022 and before that in 2021 before that in 2020 …. If he just keeps saying it eventually he’ll be right. Just like a broken clock twice a day.

Since he can’t even accurately predict the rollout of products that his own company produces I’m not sure I would put much faith in his predictions on anything else beyond the level of wild guess.
