Assuming you live in a liberal western country, your choice to conform to the norms of any given culture is self imposed.

Your article even says as much. It mentions plenty of women who feel free to bare their breasts.

If you have a problem with the culture you have aligned your moral and mental model with, just pick a different one.

There is no injustice here. Don't pass off personal insecurities about needing to conform to a culture you yourself have chosen to align yourself with as an injustice in that culture.

You are free to embrace the culture of your choice. If it doesn't suit you, pick a different one. There are lots.
