Apple stores and service are one of the primary benifits for Apple adoption. When you’ve had the convenience of dropping off a broken phone and coming back an hour later to a replacement loaded with all your data you will settle for nothing less. Tell me where I can get that with any Android phone? Where can I get that same service in 25+ countries?
With Android you are on your own, find a local place to fix it or ship it back those are pretty much your only options.
