Another liberal piece is trying to tell others why they voted the way they did instead of listening to the words that are coming out of these people's mouths.

Stupid stupid liberals. This is why they keep losing over and over again. I'm so sick of this Democratic party and it's toadies touting out this racist shit. This is some serious cope I keep hearing over and over again.

This is basically what I keep hearing; "Oh, it can't possibly be that we have ignored the vast blue-collar working class for three decades while the heartland of the country has had its jobs shipped overseas, the minimum wage hasn't grown significantly in decades, inflation has run out of control. Nope, it can't be that. It can't possibly be our catchy slogans like 'defund the police' 'black lives matter' there is no way some people could misconstrue those or find them offensive, they just have to read the pamphlet and attend a seminar to really understand what those mean. Nope, it can't be that... I know it must be racism.. yep, let's blame it on racism. That way, we can sleep at night and not have to take accountability for anything.... it's 'their' fault, those dam racists. Oh, and don't forget the misogynists."

And then someone like myself speaks up and says... maybe there is racism, but maybe this other stuff is the reason you lose elections. Because, you know, this is literally what people are saying.

The response is always the same.. "nope, it's racism and misogyny. It's not that other stuff. Nope, it is racism. It's simple."

And then the rest of us just walk away and think to ourselves about how Democrats really don't want to win elections because they are too wrapped up in messaging about social justice and inclusion instead of getting into office and implementing social justice and inclusion.

I mean, seriously, go ahead, stick your head in the sand, and ignore the real problem. Come up with whatever excuse you want that enables you to blame "someone else" and lets you sleep at night. I'm sure that will win some elections.

At the end of the day, you can't have all the slogans and protests you want, but if you can't get into office and actually implement policy, it doesn't matter.
