A couple of things you are missing. First there has been no official ruling from SCOTUS yet. So literally nothing has changed legally speaking. Two just because you and I might disagree with a given decision doesn’t mean we have a theocracy. To even begin to claim such you have to prove that religion is the sole and only possible motivation for the given decision. There are plenty of secular humanists that would completely disagree with the idea that banning abortion requires belief in the supernatural.
